Drinking from the cool-aid "culture". Lots of micro-management, too, and the environment does not foster innovation, despite all the ads (management definitely doesn't walk the talk). No recognition of long tenures, aside from nice speeches and maybe a slice of pizza (or a cheap pin on your lapel).
