Pros
Good example of the work culture you do not want to be around. There are some very good and caring individuals, and it paid the bills while it lasted.
Kontras
The "training" was almost non existent. Relying on all of the previous experience to attempt to piece together what MIGHT work. Got moved into a new role with no training, no coaching, no increased compensation, manager was let go. And when I didn't do the things I had no idea needed to be done or how to do them, I was chastised for not having asked for help.
Leadership expected priorities to turn on a dime whenever the wind of thoughts changed. Messaging, case studies, buyer personas, were never fully baked out.
The product needed extensive training to be able to use, let alone to use effectively. The vision of having a user intuitive UI that does not require technical knowledge is all well and good, but not yet executed to any legitimate degree. There is a reason that other CCM platforms are recommended and Elixir seems to be struggling to keep the doors open.
Layoffs became frequent, and worse - no real plan for how the responsibilities of those let go were going to be handled. Just the icing on top of the cake of all the other problems.
