** Top heavy management w/ a decent amount of nepotism (you are either "in" or "out" of the circle, and if you are "out", you will have a hard time being promoted or moving laterally)
** Micromanagement or complete incompetence from the c-suite, not really anything in between. The middle management (although top heavy) is the backbone of the company.
** Emotional decision making from leadership, not usually grounded in data or logic.
** Pay can be on the lower side because "we know we can pay less since the culture is great".
