Pros

Your fellow team members are incredible (most of the time)

Kontras

- preach mental health but are constantly letting employees go, then immediately posting those same jobs the next day - particular woman in leadership is a power hungry dictator - fake diversity as a company but it is painfully staged internally - no job security - zero transparency - severely underpaying employees but expect you to bend over backwards 25/8 - zero compensation for taking on roles of employees they let go/have quit that they never replace - CEO seems to be a puppet on a string to other leadership members
