Pros of the company is slowly getting converted to Cons.

Work-Life balance is getting worse as the 9.25 hrs of average attendance has been introduced from it's parent company (orally & not officially), that too is audited quarterly. Hikes are getting worse, mainly divided into groups of 10%, 5% & 0%. Basically you can get a max of 10% & a min of 0%. Work from home is slowly becoming just a term in their "Benefits" & is now being rejected by almost all of the managers. Not a single WFH/month is being allowed by the managers.
