I didn't find single reason to work here, just wasted my 1 year time.

- No salary on time - Every decision will be take by CEO - No value to your designation - You have to do what ever CEO says you should do it. For example bringing Coffee to his table, doing his household activities, etc. I never did that but trust me, there some people still do what ever he says. - Work will come on the salary day. If you complete it then only you will get salary. - No comp off - All false promises

Its been wonderful to be a part of the company . I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture , you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work - No work pressure, Friendly Environment
