High burnout rates among teachers. Many of these burnt out teachers have negative attitudes and the students suffer for it. Extremely high expectations from overly demanding parents. Upper administration does not provide enough support. Unrealistic workloads. No real consequences for misbehaving students. Rampant violence in the school among some students.
