Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, and there is a strong focus on partnerships and long term value rather than short term wins. The work is interesting and varied, with opportunities to take ownership and have real impact. There is a strong emphasis on quality and continuous improvement, which makes the work rewarding.

Like any fast paced organisation, priorities can shift quickly and workloads can peak at times. That said, teams are upportive and there is openness to discussing resourcing and timelines when needed.
