The company just announced they want employees back in the office and are making it mandatory. There is already a negative sentiment from salary levels and most folks have already started exiting the companies. There will be a mass exit in coming months due to such imperialistic and stone age policies. The managers are happy about this policy, but what they don't realize is that they will soon have no team due to it and have to do the job of these employees which they have knowledge or training of.
