No investment in training and growing employees 3 - many employees leave the company. Sometimes under unclear circumstances 4 - many leaders and managers are inexperienced leading and growing people 5 - top management distant from most employees 6 - sound mission in theory but company do little or nothing to change the world beyond selling charging stations and software
