The company is a scam. They buy parts off eBay, then attempt to rip people off for a profit. literally my 2nd month on the job the upper management told me "the goal of the job is to rip people off, without them realizing it". Um yeah at that point I began to search for a new job. Also the company culture is very sleazy. Look i'm all about having a good time, but these guys are completely unprofessional. Employees literally talk about doing coke on the sales floor in front of everyone.... so grimey. The worst thing about it is the LYING they make you do. They'll have you telling clients a part will arrive in 2 weeks, when they know very well its going to be 2 months. Want proof of how sleazy they are? Allen Bradley a major automated parts manufacturer straight up cut there ties with EU and will no longer allow them to sell their products. This has also happened with a few other companies they used to sell as well ( big shocker) And last but not least, they LIE about the parts they're selling. They'll have you telling clients parts are brand new, and then the part arrives used up and broken. Literally at the end of my employment there, they had to tell reps to stop telling clients parts are "brand new factory sealed" because they know they are a scam. The place is an absolute joke, take my advice and avoid at all costs. The comp plan is a complete joke, and if you're not happy making 40k you certainly wont like it here. For example out of everyone I started and worked with, no one made over 45k. That's pretty shady considering you tell people they're going to make 70k on average.... They had a sales contest with the top prize being a brand new IPAD. This seemed like a great idea, until the contest concluded. Once it was over not only did they not have the IPAD, they gave the winner NOTHING. 0 not even a gift card or something to apologize for the mix up. This scam should pack up and go back across the pond where it belongs.
