The students are amazing students.

This place is a mess, and it all comes down to terrible management. There’s zero accountability, zero communication, and zero respect for people’s time. Issues are ignored, promises are broken, and nothing ever gets fixed because management clearly doesn’t care. Staff are left confused and unsupported, and customers are the ones who pay the price. Completely unprofessional and unbelievably frustrating. Avoid until management is replaced or gets a clue.

Great team, great students, and I always feel that I am continuing to grow, especially on an intellectual level.

I wouldn't call this a con for me because I love to study, but there is a good amount of material to study and know to be prepared.
