- As outsource company, everything is very centered around your value as a 'recourse' (they even call your manager Recourse manager which is ..fine I guess :) ). I guess it is just an outdated term in comparison to more human focused titles. What I mean is that there is very few focus on team dynamics, true collaboration, helping teams perform. They are more focused on individual performance and value, at least from what I have observed. - The job you get here really depends on the 'project' which hires you and not epam itself. It can be quite good (8/10) and it can be awful (2/10).
