Our managers play an active role in this, and work closely with their new team members, particularly during probation to make sure everything is on the right track. Unfortunately, as with any business, sometimes there is a lack of fit and a difficult decision is made to end probation early. This is not a decision EPAM makes lightly, and it is based on specific criteria. As an incredibly diverse organisation with locations across the globe, we always work as One EPAM and we follow an employee centric approach, prioritising our people.
