      Pros

      Good place for sharing knowledge, good knowledge resource center and trainings, very good salary for mexican standards, the put a lot of attention to the employees, they respect your vacation, a lot of training courses, relocation plans.

      Kontras

      I don't have, but some people relate more about their local managment, and others what a more challenging experience. Also, a lot depends about the project and client.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Kontras

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
