Some people in company are really good at mental harassment. One incident- I did not want to go to some office party due to some personal reason. These are the words of team lead while having lunch - "These kind of people are worst for the company. -These kind of people would create problems in future. -These kind of people are not any good. -No company wants these kind of people." After all this, he says, "No, I was not talking about you." This is just one, incident, I have heard from my friends, most older people in the company are just like this.
