• EPAM India is a 1000 people strong organization with 20% net addition every year. 5 big & reputed logos (Finance, Retail, Mobile, Product Development, Banking sector) have started projects with EPAM India. These projects use latest technologies like Micro Services, PCF, AWS, Azure, NoSQL, Xamarin, Test Automation using JAVA Selenium, Performance Testing for HYBRIS etc. We have expanded operations and opened a new centre in Pune. We are also building Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence competency in India.
• EPAM India is going through a transition and gearing up to scale to global EPAM standards. To this effect, many programs are initiated like focused group learning where the learning is customized to individual needs and initiated through practice oriented approach, Mentoring programs to build capabilities in Solution Architect, Delivery Management, Project Management discipline. Building communities (Java, Testing, .Net, SA) to share knowledge and upskill. Organise events related to Engx like Coding Kata, Coding Dojo, I can code, Engx week etc to build Engineering Excellence culture. Participate in testathons, agile conferences etc.
