Stressfull environment (not in terms of workload, but communication).
Management is not professional in organizing work, handling problems and especially establishing a good communication. Communication is actually just missing. Absolutely not understanding their employees, it is more a controlling rather than managing. This creates a lot of unnecessary stress in a team. I do not advise you to join the company, maybe better to earn a little bit less but in a nice atmospehere.
