Pros

I am not going to say everyone is nice to work with, but a couple of people who care about you will understand you and what is going. This is the only pro you can think of here.

ITS A BIG MESS. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE JOB OPPORTUNITY. Huge mismanagement, selling a system that doesn’t work, big internal issues of projects not linking properly. They removed the old system and started a new one which makes no sense, no proper training given and the tech team have no knowledge how to fix things. The so called “big bosses” who everyone should be afraid of apparently only has one motive, and its not their employees, its greed, charging clients insane amounts of money for a service that barely works. Leaders who lead teams are not leaders but just another example in the book of showing respect to the higher bosses and disregarding their own team. BIG USE AND THROW policy. If you dont meet your KPI’s within 2-3 months of you joining, expect to be kicked out. Insanely high targets which have no justification or make sense. This place will drain your soul. AVOID at any cost, even if they show you a big salary.

flexable hours and reliiable pay for the hours you work. paid bi-weekly

you had a quota of calls you had to have daily and complete surveys. I could not make people answer their phones. i had to keep people on phone to complete surveys. some surveys would take 30mins! i could get completes. but i got cussed at and screamed at very regularly. i could still get a complete survey even being cussed at. but they kept making itarder with new quota requirements. it became a job that was way too stressful. hours dried up after presidential election. it wasnt very reliable on hours.
