- Very experienced senior staff: These guys know their stuff. As a technologist, all levels of support were easily accessible within the company; when needed. I learned a lot while I worked here. There was a lot more I could have learned from these people when I left. - Excellent compensation: They paid well, and the medical/dental was on par with industry. - Culture: The best people I've had the pleasure of working with in my career. Additionally, the company does what it can to accommodate individual's needs. People at various levels volunteered to run a great social club. The company also help various parties throughout the year. The Christmas party was a highlight for our family every year.

Narrow Focus: When I left the company was still very focused on one industry. This was a challenge as that industry was undergoing some changes. It is my understanding that this is/has changed since then.
