Just a toxic environment. At first, they make you feel welcome but don't be tricked it is only a mask. Every single person in this place is backstabbing two faces. Too much Gossip. Too many favouritism. The Company doesn't appreciate or support the workers. They love to play a blaming game when things go wrong. No raises for very long time unless you beg. No matter how hard you work always feel un-appreciated.
