Pros

Bonuses and benefits. Right near the mall so food options are great.

Kontras

Not the most professional environment. Superiors are not very knowledgable so much of the job comes from your own research, they have no professional experience in the field so good luck! Promised a raise and I never received it after my initial period. They attempt to push their scientology methods on you which is highly uncomfortable in a work environment. Just not a very management and hr is much worse.

Pros

Have been working with this company since 1997 as a client and an employee since 2007. The culture of care toward clients and employees is beyond words. This company changes lives. That is said in a lot of places but it starts from the core values from the CEO throughout the whole staff. I feel privileged to be a part of this team.

Offered very competitive salary, remote work, very encouraging/affirmational atmosphere.

Dishonest / cagey employee feedback. Feedback does not match employer's actions. Refers to new company goals as "games," which is weird. Lies about preferences, employee performance ratings. Dangles carrots galore but no follow-though. Too many meetings. Initiative, contribution, communication, speed of project completion loudly & constantly celebrated, then listed as reasons for termination?? Management is not all on the same page internally. Company is trying to grow too fast and is subsequently disorganized and chasing its tail. Since most employees don't come from automotive background, company lacks established authority to provide guidance & advice, let alone for $35,000/membership. Trying to CREATE a niche/need where there hasn't been one, and fit square pegs into round holes. Can't conduct all business solely via zoom & phone. Not much room for promotion or advancement. Employee dissatisfaction with confusing, haphazard, incomplete product roll-outs.
