Senior and executive leadership is abysmal. Product vision changes every fortnight, feels like they’re just throwing stuff at a wall and hoping something finally sticks. Benefits have been slashed. Difficult to get promoted/grow in your career, and even if you do, you’ll get pennies in salary bump. No yearly pay raises or bonuses of any kind. Absolutely zero transparency from leadership and Vista puppet CEO Scott Ernst stumbles through a script every time he presents before the company. Marketing leadership is very green and ineffective. The company has truly gone downhill very fast, wouldn’t go near it again with a 10-foot pole
