Pros: Having recently joined DCM as a Sales Executive, I've been overwhelmed by the positive experience so far. Here's why: Company Culture: One of the standout aspects of DCM is undoubtedly its company culture. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and extremely supportive, fostering an environment where everyone is encouraged to share ideas, ask questions, and continually grow. This made my onboarding process smooth and helped me to integrate quickly. Compensation: DCM truly values its employees and this is evident in the competitive compensation package they offer. Not only is the base salary generous, but the commission structure and bonuses are clear, achievable, and truly rewarding for the effort put in. It's refreshing to be part of a company where your hard work directly translates to tangible benefits. Experienced CEO: Leadership makes a significant difference in the experience of any employee, and DCM boasts a CEO with vast experience and vision. It's evident that she understands the intricacies of the business and is genuinely invested in both the company's and the employees' success. Her guidance and approachability make a world of difference.

Pros

none, any kindness up front is a facade. Pay is terrible (below living wage) and you are viewed as an expendable thing rather than an employee.

First off its a cold call center. They pitch it to you like you're some kind of "account manager" but its basically the scene from Wolf of Wall Street where they sell penny stocks (except at DCM commission is laughably low.) Does calling people to confuse them and get them to buy something they don't actually need or know they want sound like your idea of a good time? Then this is the place for you. If you want something stable and less slimy, get as far away as possible. They will lie to you saying you can make hundreds of thousands of dollars here but there are only two people in the office that make even close to that and they're the owners. High turnover is how they roll so save yourself the 1-2 months you'll waste here before getting fired for some new schmuck and keep looking to find something legit.

Our kindness is certainly no facade, and we apologize if it was interpreted that way. A quick note on turnover, many of our employees have been here for years, so we're not entirely sure where you're getting that idea from.
