Pros

Great product, you learn a lot.

Kontras

Would make you work 90 hour weeks and still get mad at you for not answering emails on your days off or in the middle of the night. I got in trouble for answering emails on my way in to work instead of at 3am when the emails were sent out.

Pros

None. There are no pros, unless you really like working with people who disrespect you.

Kontras

The management is extremely rude. They yell at you for nothing, no matter what. You get treated horribly, it is amazing how bad they can treat you.

Learn to work large volumes

No benefits at all, they don’t cover any part of a health plan, after one year they only give 5 days unpaid holiday, no transportation, and staff meal is taken out of your check. Every day is a rat’s race, CEO and Chef Ansel are snobby and care not about their team but about their own image. Overall always stressed and on the run, working inmense production volumes and paid minimum wage with no benefits as mentioned previously Little to no growth opportunities with very small salary changes
