They encourage initiative and feedback. Your contributions are valued and considered. - The team was great, and it was very motivating to work with. - Flexibility regarding work hours, home office, workation. IT employees were not under too much pressure.

The team spirit among colleagues was always good and there were many friendly and helpful employees. The opportunity to work from home from time to time or in the office (hybrid work) offers a certain degree of flexibility, which is positive. Team lunches and other team events are also every time very positive.

The poor communication and micromanagement by superiors are very disappointing. Many good employees with whom I worked well are no longer with the company, which indicates poor employee retention. In addition, the salary and benefits are inadequate and there are hardly any opportunities for career development or further training.
