Pros

From on-boarding, team introduction initially to ramping up and taking ownership of critical modules, you will have have a sense of accomplishment and real work done feeling every day. Everyone is kind and supportive across different verticals. Engineering team is of top notch level with people from years of experience and solid background. Overall company atmosphere is cool, vibrant and WLB is not only on papers but actually followed and maintained.

Work can become a bit overwhelming sometimes but it’s just part of the package with every growing company.

Pros

- Great insight and experience for anyone who wants to contribute to a fast-paced company - Ability to jump and take on roles in many different sectors depending on capability (there is no management level hinderance for employees who would like to explore their unlimited potential) - Filled with diverse individuals - great culture and atmosphere - Great mix of work and fun in the workplace (background music, office jokes) - A great free lunch service, now catered by the delicious Amphora catering group! - Huge expansion is inevitable (a company looking to expand from 800 sqft to 6000 sqft office by the end of the year, as well as triple the amount of employees) - I hear the benefits are amazing, however does not apply to the 3-month intern.

- Hours can be tedious, but this is a facet of any start-up working towards it's name - Sector communication and organization could be a bit better - Requires a lot of motivation (especially as an intern) - you get out what you make of it! It's worth it to tackle projects and ideas outside of your daily work process. Never stop brainstorming. Keep approaching people and asking questions.
