      The company is family owned and the owners are truly good people, 401k, paid vacation and medical insurance.

      Kontras

      Absolutely NO STRUCTURE!!, raises are only given to a chosen few, they do not recognize the employees that are going above and beyond, morale is to the floor.

      Pay is terrible, if you have issues they will not get resolved, and very hypocritical.
