Rubbish - Valeter/Driver bei Direct Valeting: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Getting 1 hour lunch in peace and parking as far as possible from the dealership so I get an extra 15/20 minutes walk to my vehicle on lunch as others always took over 1 hour

Very disfunctional and toxic environment, Lazy staff, people gossiping about dealership staff when they are hardly in the valeting bays, too many non English speaking staff with very little experience. NOT SECURE WORK AT ALL!!

They talk a good show but deliver very little.

The ops director has a large forked tongue with customers and staff. Internal staff turnover is very high. If your good at having a brown nose you will will be loved by the ops director. If you genuinely care about the job, customers and operatives thus is not the job for you. Don't expect a life out of work, your expected to be available even when on holiday "because that's what we do"
