* Every day here feels unpredictable. The boss’s mood swings constantly, and it often seems like favoritism drives decisions more than actual performance. One minute you’re being praised for taking initiative, the next you’re criticized for doing the exact same thing. There’s little consistency or transparency, and accountability is almost nonexistent. It’s a toxic environment where people are focused on currying favor rather than working together, and hard work often goes unnoticed unless you’re part of the inner circle, and even those people will not grow at the company. And, if you are still unsure, leadership struggles with even the basics, like updating the company’s LinkedIn photo because they “forgot the password.” That about sums up the level of organization here.
