The system is extremely messy and unstable, as unrealistic deadlines lead to poor planning and quick fixes. When the system crashes, developers are forced to clean up the mess without acknowledgment or support. The management's attitude shows that they only care about client/business needs, ignoring the impact on employees or long-term system health. Work-life balance is nonexistent, making it a very bad company to work for in the long run.
