The team on the projects are incredibly talented and well-rounded in what they do. They are easy to talk to, very talented artists and make you feel supported in your work.

I was paid late every single month during my employment there. Zero communication about the pay being late. It was on me to chase accounts, and then I was told several different stories as to why it was late. What is worse, they have a refusal to communicate through emails. It is very unprofessional and took me and several others to complain about this before we started getting more formal communication through emails and not through their internal system. I couldn't take them breaking my contract every month, so I left. They have great potential, especially with big projects/clients, but unfortunately have let down the team and themselves by getting into this situation. As I am not the only one affected by this, I fear their reputation has been negatively affected, and they will need to work hard to bring it back.
Their systems is not built for the level of projects they are taking on; it crashes constantly. Not a day went by without software being broken and causing delays. Despite raising it several times and coming up with alternative solutions, the HOD's would shoot them down, causing more delays to the projects.
