Ramped up to a full agile process with designers and testers. Agile stories were very detailed and I could just pick up the ticket and run with it.

However, with no long term vision or plan and no interest in investment into a grander vision, the company found itself in a position where it had to lay off many of these talented people. There was no transparency. Leadership is "nice" but not okay with anyone who wants to disrupt the "niceness" to question business tactics.
