I don't work here (yet), but wanted to submit a review after the wonderful interview I had. I'd be thrilled to work here for the job I applied for or any other that was a good fit. The team I talked with were stellar, they are clearly focused on getting the right people in the right rolls, and succeeding at this goal. It's clear that people here are valued and supported, and the CEO is directly involved in driving the company culture in a good direction.

I don't know of any from my interview process, but I imagine any existing ones are being worked on. They are in a growth phase which can be painful for any company, so I'm sure they experience some of that.

Where do I start? The people, why do I love working here? The people. I don't know what it is, but I have never seen such a dense collection of none fake, ambitious, hard working, & talented people. You want to work here? You need to know how to keep up, this job is not for the faint of heart, expectations are high and excellence is a requirement. The company is growing, but it still has this startup feel about it, we are still defining who we are, it's an exciting time to be hired. The pay is fair, you have a plethora of options for benefits: 401k, healthcare, limited work from home days, the company is very laid back, open to ideas and is heavily investing into the product & of course it's employees.

The coffee, you never know if the pot is going to be good or not.
