I have spent 2.5 years here. Employees are good so good to work with them.

I have spent 2.5 years here. Employees are good so good to work with them, but HR policies are worst, no timely yearly bonus, no timely yearly appraisals, manipulations in HR policy just to save some money. In short management is poor. MGMT spends lots of efforts in harrashing employees if employee resigns. They would spend that much efforts in bringing business to the company. If employee resigns MGMT behaviour towards you gets changed, and notice period is of two/three months it depends upon the designation, so they will make your life as difficult as possible.I have given one star just beacuase employees are truly helpful. I am just worried about my co- employees.

Basically it is good for Freshers as here you will get a lot of technical things to learn and explore. Best colleagues and team. Team leaders are very much helping and Always ready to help and train you. HR is always ready to listen to your queries and implement good things in the organisation. You can explore yourself here.
