Poor management and lack of leadership - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Detroit Radiator: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Have a very family oriented business. All the employees work well together. Casual dress is nice and pay is very good, especially for customer service. I don't know of another company that comps their reps for taking orders along with great hourly pay. Loved the atmosphere & the people. If I had the opportunity to go back there I definitely would!!

Have to work some Saturdays, but only half a day
