A global Leadership team that doesn't lead, they just micro manage people as subordinates. Stakeholders that don't like being told the truth. (Their ego's are more important). Poor remuneration for employees and attracting new talent. (champagne taste/lemonade money). No empathy from management. Toxic work environment. Exec-Directors with poor soft skills that speak down to people. Favouritism. No shared accountability. Poor employee benefits. (You can't even expense travel despite it's written in to the contract of employment, but they'll pay bonuses to senior directors) A CEO that harps on about sustainability but gets Limousine's to visit studios, and complains about 4* hotels despite the business isn't turning a profit. No support from HR Poor scrappy on boarding experience. (not everyone gets one) Poor interview processes with tasks. This isn't a values-driven business, what the website says and isn't a reflection of what is practiced daily. Bullying. constructive dismissal of employees. (I've seen it happen more than once). No inspiration 0 empowerment
