CEO's pep talks are fruitless. The biggest threat to workplace culture isn't lazy employees, it's toxic managers, kept in power by senior leadership that won't take responsibility. Not everyone on staff is entitled or underperforming. They're just trying to survive under leadership that's been allowed to rot from the inside out. These managers aren't just untrained, they're also unchecked. Promoted from output, protected from accountability, and shielded from all the consequences of their actions. They lead with fear, favoritism, and fragile egos. Poor communications and terrible morale aren't employee issues; they're symptoms of a culture that protects dysfunction at the top. Stop blaming the staff, and start asking why the most harmful people are the ones who still have a job

- Regular salary. Not as good as before. - 100% Remote - Only from Monday to Friday - Team is very friendly.

- There is no salary increase even if you are more than 1 year working. - HQ administration is constantly changing and so the workflow - Core values doesnt reflect the HQ attitude towards their team and production floor. - HQ doesn't care about so much the happines of production floor, And if they make changes it's for the "good" of the administration. - HQ showing off in their social media that they have good work environment, have fun in their office and have unlimited snacksa while their remote workers are burned out with lots of tasks and dont have time even fo a cup of coffee. - They force you to learn new design skills and other apps outside your scope in order to meet the clients needs. Even though these new skills are good for your professional growth, there is no financial compensation for those new skills.
