If your location is a top producer you can get away with anything. I’ve seen those offices not know how to mask during testing and not use Hearing life’s mandatory procedures and closing statements and managers will turn a blind eye. Yet if you are in a more remote and lesser producing clinic you will be required to record your every interaction with clientele and review with management and someone they deem a “leader.” To do well you really have to have an amazing patient care coordinator who fills up your schedule because like any sales it’s a numbers game. You also have to be careful who you talk you because it was the most gossipy company I have ever worked for.
