Everything promised during the interview disappeared once you're actually in the role. There is a massive gap between the company's core values and how things actually run on the ground. Expect to be set up to fail, then blamed for failing. Actual work quality doesn't matter — what matters is the story management decides to tell about you. The people who made it unbearable is no longer there. Make of that what you will.
