Pros
Office space is generally good, considering it's in Johns Creek. Some of the cubicles and offices had nice standing desks and they ordered food often for the team. They released us early on the day before holidays. Access to work resources were generally good, as long as it involved being in the office.
Kontras
Where do I begin? First off, take the positive Glassdoor reviews with a grain of salt. Most of them were written before 2022, and by either Datum contractors who worked at one of their commercial clients like Lexus Nexus or Delta, or on one of our Government contracts NOT the corporate office in Johns Creek. I worked at Datum for a few years and, initially, the company was fine but in early 2022 things changed when they made a particular hire who destroyed the company as we know it. After that new hire, Datum became unbearably toxic, sales plunged, and morale was at an all-time low. Additionally, the nepotism at Datum is unbelievable; unless you're one of the CEO's buddies or family, then no matter how well you perform, there's no growth. The organization is anything but organized. They don't do reviews, inflation adjustments, or merit increases. They do not offer formalized career development either. Everything is very ad-hoc, and if you suggest something, they don't want to hear it because they're too small. Unless you don't have any other options stay away from Datum.
