Awful Employers (they'll talk nice to your face, but you'll hear what they really think about you from anyone else they've been in contact with) Life balance will quickly become non existent They will shovel anything they can onto you (even if you have no idea how to do it) Don't expect to get paid adequately (or on time) Plan on using / reusing the same code as much as possible as you will not have time to keep up to date with current trends. You'll probably no more about web development coming out of college then the owner knows currently.

Lots of Social Interaction between staff, felt like I was part of an engaging team that fed off each other and came to great solutions regularly.

A bit stressful at times with the large number of projects happening simultaneously and sometimes hard to keep work separate from life.
