- A lot of processes (engineering, hiring, etc.) are still developing. - Many things still go wrong (i.e. fires), but the team really takes its time to learn from each one of these to make sure that similar occurrences do not happen. - It may not be a typical 9 to 5 job (a con for people who prefers 9 to 5).
