Benefits include fully paid healthcare and generous # of days off. CEO is considerate, humble, and kind - core values which resonates through entire company and all employees. It's an exciting time in technology, so the projects are always evolving and the company is growing.

Most employees work remotely 3 days/week so there are only a couple days a week for an interactive office environment.

Partial telecommute, flexibility, small company environment

There are many inefficiencies and individuals contributing to that are allowed to go on with their habits. The president does not appreciate true value brought by a few talented people and makes poor business decisions affecting others. You will be told that you are needed and they are so happy to have you until they decide to discard you. All effort put in will be forgotten and erased. Just beware that everything promised can be taken away in a swift moment and done in a back-stabbing way. The president turned out to be two-faced and you will never see it coming! Definitely not the company where talent is rewarded.
