Great people, and a lot of autonomy. Very fast paced, and quite a bit of Employee Relations interactions. Attention to detail, Time Management, and people skills will carry you a long way. The work is there, and you will learn something new everyday. Tons of experience in the management level. Continuity is growing, and training is getting better. Find a vet HR person and stick to them like glue.

Everyone has their own agenda, so it kind of has a sink or swim feel to it. Clicks are kinda prevalent, but if you do your job and try to get along with everyone you can probably avoid it. Projects can sometimes turn into endless rabbit holes, and you will often be on a hurry up and take care of this missions, based on who's asking.
