You'll hear about KPIs all the time but quickly realize some of those KPIs are only possible in the best conditions. -Upper Management has a hard time listening and empathizing to their staff and supervisors. They're under a pressure but they're not entirely adept at turning that pressure into motivation and inspiration for the employees. -Very Lax Covid-19 policies.
