Toxic work culture. Senior managers decide on the design, which has no creativity. Workload is too heavy. They expect you to stay late and work. If you don't, then you will be left out of client meetings and passive aggressive treatments will be given. No room for promotion, because all the seniors have been sitting in the same position for years. Salary hike is delayed until October. Both employee and employer PF is deducted from your salary.
