Overall, wasn't worth it. Low pay in comparison to market value - Sales Operations bei DLL: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very, very poor pay. 20% below market value. Much better employers out there. Management takes on graduates and deploys them to do the high volume, monotonous work for peanuts. It's as if they cut employee pay and compensate through a couple of social events here and there. Having spent almost 3 years with DLL I always felt as if I was being shorted in terms of salary. Overworked and underappreciated. Very poor HR department
