Unprofessional workplace and poor management - Marketing bei DG Publishing: Mitarbeiterbewertung

First, I have to say how much I appreciated having a job when the economy had still not recovered from the 2008-2009 meltdown. I liked and appreciated the ownership and I adored the people I worked with. The market for this particular product was also going thru a very tough time due to the economy as well. Selling into the Interior Design and big Wedding industry wasn't easy during this very trying period.

Not only was she incredibly difficult to work for, she made the environment unbearable for most of the people on staff during my tenure there causing most to ultimately move on to something/anything else. That said, she was the most OUTSTANDING example of how NOT to manage people and her belittling took me to a whole new level of appreciation.

There’s a really friendly environment at DG you get the sense that everyone gets on. The sector is interesting and dynamic and because it’s a small company you will experience all the events and you won’t just be doing the same thing day In day out. Pay is pretty good and there’s room for entrepreneurial creative ideas.

The Office has its charm but it’s a little shabby in a rustic sort of way.
