Pros
Very innovative agency in the digital space. There is no question that working here you will learn a great deal about digital channels and sound strategy. The overall culture is a great one, though I have been told it varies per office.
Kontras
Personal growth can be a problem. There seems to be an active effort to pigeon hole employees and when they ask for more or a different role, many times senior management is surprised. Along the same lines, ideas at lower levels are drowned out. This has happened to me where I had a recommendation for a program and it was not taken seriously until a VP brought it up himself. Paths to a promotion can be ambiguous, or the timing can change without notice.
